UploadToLink offers free file, text, and link sharing on the homepage, and may offer optional paid plans for membership or visibility benefits.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how refund requests are handled. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the conditions described here and any purchase-specific terms shown at checkout.
Free sharing
Core upload and share-link features on the homepage are free to use, subject to the limits described in our Terms of Service.
No payment is required for guest sharing within published limits or for signed-in sharing within the current free tier.
Refund eligibility
1. Subscription plans
Refunds for subscription-based plans processed through Stripe or Creem may be considered in limited situations.
- Billing or payment processing errors on our side or our payment provider's side
- Unauthorized charges, subject to verification
- Extended service unavailability caused by platform issues on our side
- A paid plan that materially differs from what was described at purchase
2. One-time purchases
One-time paid plans may be eligible for refund only in limited situations.
- The purchased benefit was not delivered as promised
- Duplicate charges or clear billing mistakes
- A digital benefit that has already been delivered and substantially used is generally not refundable
3. Credits or usage-based benefits
If a paid plan includes credits or usage-based benefits, refunds may be considered only where unused value remains and the issue is not caused by normal use or user error.
Non-refundable situations

- Paid benefits that have already been fully delivered or consumed
- Requests caused only by a change of mind after successful delivery
